Start by navigating to Maintenance > Manage Chains.
On the following window, click New Chain to create a new Chain:
Here you will enter the name of your new chain, then press ENTER on your keyboard.
Now that the Chain has been created, customers must be assigned to it.
To assign customers to your chain, click on the desired chain, then click Assign Cust. at the bottom of the window:
Here you will find and Tag (1) your desired customers. You can also use the Enter Customer Name to Find...(2) field to search through your customers.Once you're finished tagging customers, click the Assign (3) button to assign those tagged customers to your chain.
Once you've written an order for a member of a Chain, you will be asked if you'd like to duplicate the order for other members of the Chain:
If you choose Yes, you will then be asked to select the customers you'd like to duplicate the order for, by clicking on their name (1) then clicking Done (2) once finished.
You can also use the Select All button to select all members of the chain.
Finally, you will be asked if you'd like to use different POs for each duplicate order. Click Yes to use different PO numbers, click No to have all orders use the same PO number.
