First start by navigating to Maintenance > Customers

If you'd like to Email Blast all your customers, click the Email Blast button in the bottom-right corner of the Browse Customers window:

Once clicked, you'll be presented with a list of emails of all the customers in RepTime who have Primary Emails.

If you use Outlook, you can click Send Message, and it will open up a draft in Outlook, with all your customer's emails BCC'd:

If you do not use Outlook, you are more than welcome to highlight and copy all the emails in this window, and Copy (CTRL+C) them, and Paste (CTRL+V) them into your email program of choice.



You also have the ability to Email Blast based on customers who have ordered from specific Manufacturers!


To do this, navigate to Maintenance > Manufacturers and choose your desired Manufacturer:

Once selected, and in the Manufacturer Maintenance screen, you should see a button labeled Email Blast:

Clicking this button works the same way as it does with Customers, with the exception that this only shows emails of Customers who have ordered from this Manufacturer before!
