Start by navigating to Entry > Appointment Entry
From here you will search for the customer, fill out the necessary information (1), then Save the appointment (2):
Once saved, your appointments will appear on the bottom-half of the window, which you can sort using the sort options just above.
In the bottom-left corner of the window is the Appt Results option.
The window that appears will allow you to create appointment results, which you can then run a report for!
The Appointment Entry window also allows you to run a few different kinds of reports.
The Print Report button allows you to choose from a couple of different Appointment reports.
#1 Appointment Entry allows you to view either all appointments in RepTime, or only those within a specific timeframe, as well as sort them:
#2 Appointment Result allows you to run a report with the information you’ve entered in the Appointment Results window:
#3 Call Report for Appointments (which can also be found at the bottom of Appointment Entry, using the Print Call To Report button) allows you to select a customer, and pull a list of past orders, with a bit of room for notes for each order.
This works by selecting a specific customer by clicking the row (1), and clicking the Print Call To Report button (2):
