Start by navigating to Maintenance > Transfer History to Reps
On the Transfer History window, you will be choosing who the order history will be coming from (1), and who it will be going to (2).
If you want to do everything, you can just click Begin Transfer.
If you want to select specific customers or zip codes, use the corresponding options on this window, and tag your desired customers/zip codes.
Once you click Begin Transfer, it will begin to transfer the history.
There is no progress bar, once it’s complete, the window will close. DO NOT DO ANYTHING DURING THIS TIME!
Once this is complete, the rep will need to do an Advanced Sync.
The directions for this can be found below. We recommend sending this to the rep once you have completed the transfer!
Open your sync tool and press Adv Setup.
Check ON Download Order History and click Ok.
Now press start and let your sync complete.
