NOTE: Your device must be connected to the internet in order to perform a PULL.


Navigate to the PULL menu by clicking on Pull Data from the login screen.

 


On this screen, you'll need to enter in the IP Address of your company's server.

This will be the same address you see when syncing the desktop version of RepTime, as seen below.

If you are unsure what your company's address is, please reach out to your company's admin.




Once you've entered in the address, there are a few options available to you.


You can start the pull by tapping Start Pull. This will begin the process of pulling your company's information into the app.


The other two buttons are Pull Images and Pull Report Data. These buttons will pull item images (if available) and data for the reports found in the RepTime App, respectively. 

NOTE: These options are only available after completing a PULL.

Alternatively, you can choose to select the check boxes for the same options prior to performing a PULL, and it will perform all three actions once tapping the Start Pull button.

 

Once you've tapped Start Pull, it will show the progress of your pull at the top of the screen.



Once complete, you will receive a notification that says the pull has completed, and you may return to the login screen by pressing the Back button on your device.
